Staff

The staff at Winsley Acorns are dedicated to ensuring that each child reaches their potential in a happy, secure and stimulating environment. To ensure that each child receives the attention that they need we maintain a high ratio of adults to children.

All staff hold current enhanced CRB checks and only the staff named below will have sole charge of any individual child or group of children.

Key Workers

The pre-school operates a key worker system that makes each member of staff responsible for a small group of children. They are also responsible for maintaining individual Learning journey records in partnership with the group leader. Within the group we aim to support all children to develop their potential at their own pace. Using a key worker system we are able to ensure a planned curriculum tailored to the needs of each individual child.
